Initial Research: Oprah Winfrey's personal approach
Today I will share with you an example of Oprah Winfrey, a personality that inspires me in my own approach to interviewing. I want to share my vision of this person, and why I want to rely on his experience and advice.
On my opinion Oprah quite brave person, she never afraid to ask tough questions and did it professionally both in terms of relating to the person she was interviewing and in terms of presenting information to the audience. It is not an easy to make sure that both parties are satisfied with the process and the result and Oprah did a great job with it
We can see this example in part of Oprah Winfrey's interview with Michael Jackson about Michael's difficult choice to change the color of his skin. Also, the fact that she is black makes this issue personal for her
(Morin,2021) "Some interviewers sugar-coat uncomfortable questions. Others seem apologetic for asking about tough subjects. And a few seem to enjoy being intense in their questions as a way to create extra tension. Oprah is kind when asking questions but she's also direct. Her manner of asking tough questions in a matter-of-fact way helps people feel more comfortable answering."

Oprah’s success story |
Oprah Winfrey has made her name as an interviewer in part because of her ability to listen closely and treat people with dignity.
(Holmes, 2023) «In the more than 35,000 interviews she’s conducted over the course of her career, Oprah has found one thing in common. “Everyone you meet just wants to be seen and heard»
I always liked the dedication and energy with which Oprah worked on all her projects, especially the interviews. It's as if she immerses herself in the stories of her characters and lives them with them, this allows people to open up and trust her, because these characters feel heard in conversation.
